As one of the official events of Dubai Shopping Festival 2010, Dubai 1st Weight Loss Show was held in Dubai with the objective of introducing innovative and healthy weight loss solutions for people to get in shape! The event delivered above expection results with 47 exhibitors and close to 4000 visitors.

Every visitor was welcomed with a complimentary fresh juice from Barakat, enjoyed loads of fun and prizes from the participating companies, checked out +40 of the best companies in health, fitness and weight loss, learned from dieticians, doctors & nutritionists while enjoying Lipton Green Tea; learned on preparing healthy snacks & beverages as well as the latest fitness and work out routines; and even got to know on how to read food labels while shopping!  The event did not only deliver a fun-weekend to everyone yet also achieved its goal on setting a platform for promoting a healthy lifestyle in an enjoyable and attainable way by gathering experts from the group of companies providing health, fitness and weight loss in terms of products and services.

What a roaring success the 1st Direct Selling Festival was, from the opening ceremony which saw H.E Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Al Shehi, Undersecretary for the Ministry of Economy of UAE cutting the tape to inaugurate the Festival, to the heart stirring drumming of 350 conference participants which was an inspiring experience, to over 3000 visitors from 35 countries who visited the exhibition!
